Xin-An Zeng, Professor, Doctoral supervisor, Dean of College of Food Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology. He has been engaged in agricultural products processing, non-thermal foods processing, wine brewing, sensory evaluation research and so on in the last 20 years, conducting a great deal of S&T projects including National key R&D programs in the 13th five-year plan and National Natural Science Fund. He is among the top 3‰ cited scholars in the ESI agricultural field and has applied for more than 80 patents at home and abroad of which more than 50 pieces are authorized. He has won three first prizes of Guangdong Province Science and Technology Awards, two gold medals of Guangdong Patent Awards and been awarded "CIGR Outstanding Contribution Award" of International Commission of Agricultural.
