Li Li,Professor, Ph.D student supervisor, senior member of Chinese food science and technology society, editorial board member of Journal of the Chinese Cereals and Oils Association and China Brewing. Her research focuses on the protein containing foods and has taken charge of or participated in several programs such as Natural Science Foundation of China, National High Technology Research and Development Program of China (863 Program), Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Program in recent years. She won the third award of Cheese Judging Contest of New York State Cheese Manufacturers’ Association in 2008 and The Second Class Prize of National Prize for Progress in Science and Technology in 2009 (with the research group, the eighth contributor). She has published over 100 papers in domestic and international academic journals, among them; over 20 papers are indexed by SCI and EI database, and possesses 6 Chinese patents.
