Mr. Liu Hongsheng, a professor at the School of Food Science and Engineering, SCUT, is a distinguished member of Guangdong's fourth batch of overseas talent introduction, a core member of the Sail Project, and a candidate for the 1,000-100-10 Project of Guangdong universities. He has served as a visiting researcher at Monash University and Rutgers University. Liu has authored over 30 SCI papers as the first and corresponding author, including two review papers in Progress in Polymer Science (IF: 27.18). Additionally, he has written three English monographs and leads more than 20 projects at various levels.
