Key Words: digital twins, 3D modelling, oblique imaging, neural radiance fields

Digital twins are essential to industrial digital transformation. They use data to replicate the physical environment and bridge the gap between the virtual and physical worlds by overcoming spatial constraints. This technology drives the digital economy and the industrial metaverse, with broad applications in smart industrial parks and factories, digital rural transformation, and smart cultural tourism.

Potential Applications

Smart Industrial Parks and Factories:

High-precision models for industrial parks and factories are achievable through 3D reconstruction technology based on multi-feature fusion learning. Sensors and Internet of Things (IoT) devices facilitate the acquisition of production and operational data from these sites. Integration with GIS geographic information technology enables smart management and operational optimization of these industrial parks and factories.

Smart Cultural Tourism and Mobile Lodging:

Digital twins and VR technology enable effective planning and design of cultural tourism and mobile lodging while facilitating cross-regional digital operational management.

Value Proposition

The project team has developed a new 3D reconstruction method based on deep learning, surpassing existing approaches in completeness and accuracy. By utilizing neural radiation field technology, it captures images from multiple angles within a scene, significantly improving information acquisition efficiency.

This innovation also enhances the efficiency of planning, design, and operations in smart industrial parks, factories, cultural tourism, and digital rural transformation through digital twin implementation, with the ultimate goal of reducing costs and improving operational performance.
