- Participating projects:
Professor Hu Songqing, a recipient of the Ministry of Education's New Century Talent Scholarship and a board member of the Biophysical Society of Guangdong Province, earned his Ph.D. and Master's degrees from SCUT. He has led three National Natural Science Fund projects and more than ten provincial and ministerial projects focusing on food protein structure and enzyme engineering, natural products chemistry and engineering, and food nutrition and human health.
