The project team has developed equipment for intelligent food processing, encompassing multi-physical field extraction , multi-physical field-assisted and non-thermal sterilization. Developed product lineup includes:

1. Experimental pulsed electric field extraction equipment

2. Industrial continuous extraction lines utilizing pulsed electric fields

3. Pulsed electric field-assisted equipment for aging and sterilization

4. Ongoing research into industrial multi-physical field sterilization equipment.

Potential Applications

The technology  can be applied in processing agricultural products, extracting plant active ingredients, enhancing impregnation and extraction of polyphenols in winemaking, utilizing intelligent processing equipment with multi-physical fields, modifying active components, conducting low-temperature sterilization of products, and other related fields.

Value Proposition

The multi-physical field extraction technology and related equipment developed by the project team have achieved an internationally advanced level in terms of parameters and stability. Furthermore, the price of the equipment is highly competitive, and the pulsed electric field intermittent processing line is the first of its kind in China.

The project team has also developed multi-physical field-assisted reaction and sterilization technology and a series of equipment. The average power of the pulse power supply has increased from 1 kW to 60 kW, and the pulse electric field strength has been raised from 15 kV/cm to 60 kV/cm. The equipment exhibits strong application compatibility and can adapt to various testing and production needs.
